As we reported earlier, our CEO Richard Lackey has been selected to speak at the TEDxWilmington conference on Sept. 27th.
The theme of the conference is “Now What?”, and the intent of the conference is to explore the following thought: “We live in an age of information with a seemingly endless flow of ideas, and yet we have almost no idea what to do with them most of the time. With so many amazing resources at our fingertips, we pose the important question of what to do with it all. What is the next step in the right direction? NOW WHAT?”
This theme could not be more fitting for our work at the World Food Bank, and we’re excited for Richard to take the stage and share more information about our work to end world hunger through our innovative, collaborative, and market-driven model.
Stay tuned for more information about this event, and to stay up-to-date with Richard’s reflections on the TEDx process head over to the TEDxWilmington Blog where he will be posting regular updates.
